Since 2000, all document filings in the Real Estate and Security Agreement departments have been indexed utilizing the CCLIX© system. To date, more than 275,000 Real Estate records have been provided, along with more than 32,000 Security Agreement filings. Since 2007, approximately 145,000 pages of document images applicable to over 40,000 documents have also been made accessible, with tasking continuing that will provide additional document images for previously indexed records, along with imaging for all current filings.

How Do I Sign-up? Visit the sign-up page in order to become an eCCLIX© subscriber. You may submit the sign-up form by mail along with a check or money order.

To get access faster, print and fax the sign-up form to 1-502-266-9447 or email the form to sales@SMLLC.us. We will email you an electronic invoice on the same business day. This will allow you to submit your payment immediately by credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Upon receipt of your sign-up form and completion of payment, an e-mail will be sent to you with information about using your account.
